I’m going to watch the newest trailer for the side order DLC coming out on Feb 22, 2024. I will give my overall impression and opinion of it. Here is a link<\/a> to the trailer if you would like to watch it yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Setting the Stage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I have been playing the Splatfest most of the weekend. Already at a Saturday Champion with team Sunday leading in the running at half-time. The last weekend of really playing multiplayer before going into the solo story mode that’s about to come out. I decide it’s time to actually watch the latest reveal trailer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Watching the Trailer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The trailer was nice! It confirms it is a rogue-like. I’m not too thrilled about it being a rogue-like, because I tend to just end up giving up on them. I hope I don’t give up on it too easily, since it is my favorite switch game currently. I totally want to know why Pearl is a robot and where is Marina?!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It focused on three main thing the floor selection. The player can choose which floor level to do for the current floor number. These differ in difficulty with different objectives. They also give color chips for that run. When you lose the run you lose all your color chips. They do give give you pearl points for permanent upgrades though.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To sum everything up, the dlc looks cool and I hope it is fun to play and not frustratingly hard or anything like that. I only have five more days to find out. Well I better get back to fighting for the glory of team Saturday.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
